The opportunity:

This rapidly growing national law firm based in the Brisbane CBD are on the lookout for a bright and driven commercial property lawyer to join its team.

If you are looking for a law firm that will provide you the platform and resources needed to develop your legal skills while allowing you to work in a fun, flexible, supportive and down to earth environment - this role is for you!

What you will do:

Act on a range of major transactions in all property sectors, including acting for developers of commercial and residential strata title developments, and leasing for all property sectors. The role will also involve some ligation and also general commercial work.

You:

- Will have 3+ PAE gained at a reputable firm
- Have previous experience in QLD property matters (including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and more)
- Ideally (although not mandatory), some experience with litigation.
- Have strong technical knowledge and communication skills
